Off Campus Access to Journal Indexes

Instructions on this page are only for Montclair State students, faculty and staff.

MSU Alumni        NJ Residents: JerseyClicks

1. NetID Validation: This requires an MSU NetID account.
Click here to setup your NetID if you have not already.

• Access the journal indexes from the Sprague Library web site.
• When you click on the link to get into the database, a screen will appear asking you for your Username and Password.
  (see image below)
• Enter your NetID Username and Password and click on Submit Query.

If a screen like the image above does not appear, then there is a problem.

2. MSU ID barcode#
MSU Students, Faculty and Staff can also use the barcode number on their MSU ID to access some of the resources while off campus.
The University ID Card Office is in the lower level of the Student Center.
