Group Study Rooms are available for groups of three (3) to six (6) persons who wish to study together.  The rooms are located on the Library's Upper Level.

All members of the group must be present to request the use of a room.  One (1) member of the group must present a current, valid Montclair State University ID card at the Circulation Department's Reserves Desk in order to obtain the key to a study room.  Keys are checked out on a first come first serve basis.  Students must lock the door to the room and return the key to the Reserves Desk before leaving the Library.  A five dollar ($5.00) fee will be charged for a lost key.

A study room can be used for up to two (2) hours.  The room may be used for an additional two (2) hours, provided there is no other request to use it.  The key to the study room must be presented at the Reserves Desk at the end of the first two (2) hour period before the room can be used for an additional two (2) hours.
