Linking to Articles
The Sprague Library subscribes to a number of journal indexes
that use stable Internet addresses articles available in full-text.

This feature allows faculty to include links to articles
within those indexes in their Web syllabi.

Remember, some of the indexes do not use stable Internet addresses.

  1. Search Biological & Agricultural Index Plus normally.
  2. Click on the title of the article in question.
  3. Article Link:  The web addresses to use for available full text will be here.
    (See highlighted area below:)
  4. Paste that address into your document.
  5. Add the EZProxy prefix to the beginning of that web address.
    EZProxy prefix:  http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=

  6. The result will look like the link below:
    http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=http://wilsontxt.hwwilson.com/pdffull/02216/WDBHG/7SU.pdf
