Linking to Articles
The Sprague Library subscribes to a number of journal indexes
that use stable Internet addresses articles available in full-text.

This feature allows faculty to include links to articles
within those indexes in their Web syllabi.

Remember, some of the indexes do not use stable Internet addresses.

ACM Digital LibraryClick here to enter.

  1. Search ACM normally.
  2. Click on the title of the article to view the full citation.
  3. DOI Bookmark: Copy this web address. It is at the bottom of the citation.
    (See highlighted area below:)

  4. Paste the DOI address into your document.
  5. Add the EZProxy prefix to the beginning of that web address.
    EZProxy prefix:  http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=

  6. The result will look like the link below:
    http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=http://doi.acm.org/10.1145/985692.985781
