Linking to Articles
The Sprague Library subscribes to a number of journal indexes
that use stable Internet addresses articles available in full-text.

This feature allows faculty to include links to articles
within those indexes in their Web syllabi.

Remember, some of the indexes do not use stable Internet addresses.

    The OED does not guarantee persistent links.
  1. Search for word nomally.
  2. Copy the web address from the Address bar at the top of the page, paste that address into your document.
    (See highlighted area below.)

  3. Paste the EZProxy prefix at the front of the web address mentioned above.
    EZProxy prefix:  http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=

    The result will look like the link below:
    http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=http://dictionary.oed.com/cgi/findword?query_type=word&queryword=intervene
