Linking to Articles
The Sprague Library subscribes to a number of journal indexes
that use stable Internet addresses articles available in full-text.

This feature allows faculty to include links to articles
within those indexes in their Web syllabi.

Remember, some of the indexes do not use stable Internet addresses.

Human Relations Area File (HRAF):  Click here to enter.

  1. Find articles normally.
  2. Copy the web address of the article from the browswer's address bar.
    (See highlighted area below)
  3. Paste the web address into your document.
  4. Add the EZProxy prefix to the document's web address.
    EZProxy prefix:  http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=

    The address will appear as follows:
    http://ezproxy.montclair.edu:2048/login?url=http://ets.umdl.umich.edu/cgi/e/ehraf/ehraf-idx?type=boolean;c=ehrafe;ocm2op=and;ocm3op=and;q1=funeral;op2=and;op3=and;rgn=paragraphs;owc=N010;view=doc;subview=ocm;id=N010-017;start=1;size=25
